Our take on Australia's traditional Lamington cake, but its PINK & with a little more style.

Two layers of our light sponge vanilla cake, which is dipped into rich raspberry & white chocolate and rolled in coconut. Filled and topped with our house-made raspberry jam & buttercream swirls. Seasonal fruit is placed on top of this scrumptious creation with a hint of edible gold leaves.

We can add seasonal flowers for an additional $15. (flower and fruit will be placed similar to main photo, without flowers will be similar to our traditional Lavington with just fruit)

This cake is not like our other tiered-layered cakes, which have larger serving sizes. Please take note of serving size.
