PRODUCT INFORMATION
How fresh are your cupcakes?
Our delicious cupcakes are often baked 2-3 times a day due to popular demand. We keep our stock as full as possible to keep our customers happy.
How long do the cupcakes last?
They will keep 2-3 days from the date of purchase. We use the finest, quality ingredients to ensure the products stay fresh and yummy.
How should I store my cupcakes?
The cupcakes are best kept at room temperature in an air-tight container. In summer and on hotter days, it’s best to store them in a cooler area but avoid the fridge as it will dry out the products. 
How should I store my cake?
Cakes need to be stored in the fridge and brought to room temperature two hours before consuming.
 
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Do you offer gluten free and vegan cupcakes and cakes?
Yes, we do make gluten free and vegan cupcakes and cakes. They can be ordered via the cupcake and cake links above as well as in store.
Please note: Our products are prepared in our small kitchen along with all our other sweets. We try our very best to avoid cross-contamination at all times.
Are your cupcakes nut-free?
Most of our cupcakes are nut-free, however our suppliers do warn us that many of our ingredients are processed where other products containing nuts are also processed. Therefore, they may contain traces of nuts. We try our best to avoid cross-contamination in our kitchen.
 
PAYMENTS
How can I pay?
Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
In store we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Eftpos. We also have no minimum spend in store.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on your overall order cost. This is to cover admin costs to place your order, ordering supplies, losing sales due to securing your spot, staff wages, production costs, and if required, organising delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 02 4789 0625 or 0434 111 769.
What happens if I need to change my order?
We understand this can happen so please be sure to call our store as soon as possible to arrange any changes. Please note: We may not be able to accommodate your request if the production has already started. An alteration fee may also occur depending on the changes.
