Hello, I’m Brittany Caines

Right from a young age, I enjoyed baking. Whether it was decorating cupcakes or making cookies, I knew I wanted to turn my passion into more than just a hobby. Baking always brought me joy but the best part was seeing it put a smile on the faces of my family and friends when I would create cakes and cupcakes for special occasions. I wanted to do this for other people and that’s when I discovered Mrs C’s CupCakes.

Every day I am challenged to push my skills to the limit by creating new designs and flavours for my beautiful customers. The most wonderful thing is being a part of their special memories whether it’s a wedding, engagement, birthday, baby shower, christening, graduation and the list goes on. I think the best feedback I get from my customers is “it tasted so good too”. I don’t want my products to just look pretty; they need to taste great too. Of course, none of this would be possible without my dedicated and talented staff.
