Our take on Australia's traditional lamington cake - with a little more style.

Two layers of our light sponge vanilla cake, which is dipped into rich chocolate and rolled in coconut. Filled and topped with our house-made jam with added buttercream and cream. Seasonal fruit is placed on top of this scrumptious creation with a hint of edible gold leaves.

This cake is not like our other tiered-layered cakes, which have larger serving sizes. Please take note of serving size.
